Manhattan Beach Real Estate - Mira Costa

The Mira Costa area is located between Sepulveda Boulevard on the west, Aviation Boulevard on the east, Manhattan Beach Boulevard on the north and Artesia Boulevard on the south.

The most notable structure in the area is Mira Costa High School at Artesia Boulevard and Meadows Avenue.

The topography is flat to rolling. The Mansion area located along Ronda and Terrazza Place is actually in a gully area.

Most of the homes in the Mira Costa area are regular rectangular lots predominately 50 x 150 feet a target for developers for larger homes. There are also lots of smaller sizes.

The Mansion Area contains irregular lots with sizes up to 24,000 square feet and above.

Mansion Homes are concentrated mainly on Terraza Place and Ronda Drive but there are others in other Mira Costa areas. The Skechers' home on Kuhr Drive is one of the largest homes in the area
